The
Pakistani batting maestro continued his exploits at the Vitality Blast 2019,
which marks the start of the century of his tournament against Hampshire, while
Somerset recorded another victory on Friday. Tom Abell the captain of Somerset
appraises Babar Azam and said you can see that Babar is the world No.1 in the
world for a reason. Babar Azam, who is also the world's top T20I batsman,
slammed a career-high 102 goals, reaching the milestone with one last six-ball
on a square.
"He
plays a different game from the rest of us with the shots he plays and how
precisely he hits the ball. For the younger kids, it's great to be at the other
end and in the locker room. Some of the shots he plays are breathtaking. Babar's
beauty lies in the fact that he plays cricket perfectly and we can play around
him". His comrades also congratulated Azam on his hard blow, while the
opening batsman strengthened his place as the tournament's top scorer.
