Dwayne Bravo ruled out of the entire CPL 2019
Dwayne
Bravo will miss the entire 2019 Caribbean Premier League due to a finger
injury. Bravo is in rehab and is expected to move away from competitive cricket
for two months. Previously, Bravo was supposed to be in some of the games, but
the resumption takes longer than expected.
On
Friday, September 6, Bravo provided an update to commentators at Trinbago
Knight Riders vs. Jamaica Tallawahs at Queen's Park Oval. "The next goal
for me is rehabilitation to try to move my fingers, it will be a long process
... I'll be back to play competitive cricket in about two months," Bravo
told Bravo.
In
Bravo's absence, the Trinbago Knight Riders have named Kieron Pollard as
captain for this season.
