MS Dhoni and Stephan Fleming, Best Coach Combination Says Shane Watson
MS Dhoni, who has always been
praised for his captaincy skills, led Chennai Super Kings (CSK) to the 2019
Indian Premier League (CSK) final. His CSK teammate Shane Watson seems
astonished by his captaincy and praised him.
Praising the management of the
Chennai Super Kings team, Shane Watson said MS Dhoni and Stephen Fleming are
the best captain and coach combination in the world. Watson admitted he had a
good time with Chennai Super Kings in recent years.
Watson feels that with Chennai
Super Kings (CSK), it's all about smooth management and credit for the trio of
N. Srinivasan, Captain MS Dhoni, and coach Stephen Fleming.

My experience with Chennai
Super Kings has been very special and welcoming. I've played many franchise
leagues around the world, whether in India or elsewhere in the world. There is
no doubt that CSK is a very skillful operation." how it's handled, on and
off the field, and it all comes down to the leaders, with how N Srinivasan, how
it allows the franchise to lead the team; with MS Dhoni and Stephen Fleming,
whom I think is the best captain-coach combination in the world.
They also have a lot of history
working together, it's an amazing dynamic these guys have and they know how to
get the best from all the players around them. And so is the technical staff.
So, it's a privilege to be able to play for CSK.
I've had an amazing time over the
last few years. We've also had a lot of success, which is a good advantage.
There's no secret theory as to why they're so successful. It's just because
it's a big franchise and a big operation.
Watson said the love of the game
has kept him active even after retirement while playing in several T20 leagues
around the world.

Shane Watson Replied:
That's an illusion. It's
incredibly hard to be able to win away from home. It's not just the ashes, as
most of the winning teams are looking impossible now.
