Afridi Compare Modi with Hitler
Former
Pakistani captain and legendary all-rounder Shahid Afridi said, Narendra Modi
and his supporters were ruining India's reputation around the world. Speaking
about the conflict in Kashmir and how India is handling the situation, the
39-year-old said.
I
have a message for Modi and his supporters, not for all of India, just for
them. You and your supporters tarnish India's reputation before the world.
There are many educated people in India who speak a lot of meaning, please
listen to them.
Afridi
then compared Modi to Hitler and said the former Indian prime minister was much
better at dealing with Indo-Pakistani relations. Relations between Pakistan and
India was good when [Atal Bihari] Vajpayee was at the helm. People were happy
and there was a movement between the two countries.
He
went on to say that war was not the solution and that it posed a serious threat
to both countries and their economies.
This
is not the time for war. Our Prime Minister Imran Khan and the rest of us have all tried
to improve our relations, but in response we havent received anything from you. The
horrors you subject women and children to make the whole of Pakistan stand with
the army.
